How can we help?

Questions, bugs, refunds, account help — whatever you need, we want to hear from you. Daypin is a small independent team, so you're reaching the people who actually built the app, and we read every message.

Frequently asked

How does Daypin build a trip?

Tell the assistant where you're going, when, and what you're in the mood for — in plain language, like "5 days in Lisbon, slow pace, food-focused." It asks a question or two if it needs to, then builds a day-by-day itinerary of real, verified places, clustered so you're not crossing the city for lunch. It takes about a minute.

What does Daypin cost?

Daypin has two one-time purchases. A single-city Trip is $3.99 — a complete day-by-day itinerary for one destination, with unlimited free refinements afterward. A multi-city Tour is $7.99 — 2 to 5 connected cities planned end-to-end in one purchase (Milan, Florence, Rome as a single Italy tour, for example), also with unlimited free refinements. Browsing and saving Hub trips, and the Bookings and Documents organizers, are all free. There's no subscription and no ads — you only pay when you create a new Trip or Tour. (Outside the US, Apple and Google set the local-equivalent price, always shown before you confirm.)

How do I get my trips on a new phone?

Open Me and sign in with Apple or Google. Your trips back up to the cloud and reappear on any device where you sign in with the same account, and past purchases restore automatically. If you never sign in, trips stay only on the device that created them.

What is the Hub, and how do I share a trip?

The Hub is a library of real itineraries shared by other travelers — browse them and save any you like. To share one of your own, open the trip's menu and turn on "Share with Hub." Sharing is always opt-in, and you can switch it back off at any time.

A place in my itinerary is closed or wrong.

Daypin verifies every place against Google Places as it builds your trip, but venues close and details change. You can swap or remove any stop — by tapping it, or by asking the assistant in chat. If something looks badly wrong, email us so we can fix it.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, open Me and tap "Delete account and reset data." That permanently erases your account, every trip stored in the cloud, and all data on the device — including saved bookings and documents. There is no undo.

Is my data private?

Trips and chats stay on your device by default. Sharing a trip to the Hub is always opt-in, and even then we never publish your chat history, personal notes, or exact travel dates. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

How do refunds work?

In-app purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store), so refunds go through them — for Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google, use your Play Store order history. If a purchase didn't work as expected, email us as well and we'll help make it right.
