Terms of service

Daypin is an AI-powered travel-planning assistant. By using the app, you agree that recommendations are suggestions only — verify hours, prices, availability, and safety information directly with the venues before you travel.

You are responsible for your own travel decisions and bookings.

Itineraries are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI from a combination of your inputs and Google Places data. We make a best effort to verify each suggested place exists and is operational, but cannot guarantee accuracy.

If you spot a place that is closed, mis-located, or otherwise wrong, please report it via Me → Contact us so we can improve.

Don't use Daypin to: harass others, generate misleading content, scrape data, or violate the terms of any third-party service we use (Google Places, Anthropic, etc.).

Daypin offers a free tier and a paid Daypin+ subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account and are managed there.

Cancel anytime via your store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Daypin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for missed flights, closed restaurants, or any consequential losses arising from itinerary suggestions.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app before they take effect.
